Refund policy
At Cria Cloud & Co., every product is made in small batches using premium alpaca fibers. Natural variations in hand-crafted textiles — including minor knit irregularities, fiber openings, and variation in softness — are normal and are not considered defects.
Because our items are worn close to the skin and made from delicate natural fibers, we maintain a strict 48-hour return window.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, you must contact us via email or message via social media within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are only accepted if the item is:
✔ Unused, unworn, and in original condition
✔ Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
✔ Returned with all original packaging
✔ Approved by our team BEFORE sending it back
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Socks (all styles)
- Reversible alpaca gloves
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items purchased during special promotions
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Natural Fiber Notice
Due to the artisanal nature of alpaca textiles, the following characteristics are normal and not eligible for returns:
- Minor knit variations
- Small fiber openings
- Slight pattern asymmetry
- Differences in texture or softness
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email criacloudco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will gladly assist you.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection.
