Shipping policy

At this time, Cria Cloud & Co. does not offer shipping or mail delivery.
Our pieces are produced in small batches and are currently available for:

✔ Local pick-up

✔ E-transfer payment

✔ Cash at Pickup Policy – Cria Cloud & Co.

• Cash pickup is available for select orders only

• Pickup is by appointment only

• Exact cash amount required

• Orders over $100 CAD require Interac e-Transfer

• Cash pickup may be limited for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Limited releases

  • First-time customers

• Pickup address is shared only after a pickup time is confirmed

• No walk-ins

• We reserve the right to request Interac e-Transfer for any order

Local Pick-Up Details

• Pick-up is arranged directly with the customer after purchase
• The pick-up location is in Nanaimo, BC (full details provided once order is placed)
• Orders must be picked up within 5 days unless otherwise coordinated
• Products left unclaimed beyond 14 days may be cancelled, without refund
