Welcome to Cria Cloud & Co.
By placing an order, browsing our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Business Nature

Cria Cloud & Co. is a small independent business offering premium baby alpaca accessories and knitwear in limited quantities. All items are produced in small batches, and slight variations in texture, thickness, and stitching may occur — this is part of the natural character of artisanal alpaca products.

2. Purchases & Payments

  • We currently accept e-transfer and cash only.
  • Payment must be completed in full before pickup.
  • Pricing is listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

3. Order Fulfillment & Pickup

  • Cria Cloud & Co. does not offer shipping at this time.
  • All orders are fulfilled locally in Nanaimo, BC.
  • Pickup instructions are sent after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders must be picked up within 5 days, unless special arrangements are made.
  • Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled without refund.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Quality

We value quality and stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces.

  • Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of pickup
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because of the delicate nature of alpaca fibre:

  • Items damaged through wear, stretching, misuse, improper washing, or snagging cannot be returned
  • Natural variations in handmade items are not considered defects

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us immediately so we can review the case.

5. Product Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided at purchase.
Improper washing, felting, stretching, or rough use voids return eligibility.

6. Personal Information

Your privacy matters.
Customer information is used only for order contact, fulfillment, and customer service.
We never sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.Full details are available in our Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you acknowledge that Cria Cloud & Co.:

  • Is not responsible for allergic reactions to natural fibres
  • Is not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper care
  • May refuse refunds for reasons outside policy conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cria Cloud & Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
